“I've been in the custom home design/build business for over 30 years. I got to know Brian Butler in 2005 when he built his personal residence across the street from me. At that time, Brian alerted me to an opportunity regarding a 7-lot subdivision being developed in Clackamas County: Brittany Heights. We were able to negotiate the purchase of the 7 lots to build 7 spec houses. I worked closely with Brian and his capable assistant Eugenia Kern.
