Brian Butler

Brian Butler was born in Salem and grew up in Beaverton. He moved to Lake Oswego to raise his sons, Briggs and Henry, with his wife Jennifer. Brian enjoys the small town feel, the lake and the community’s exceptional public schools. Brian attended the Real Estate School of Oregon and completed the CCIM Intro to commercial real estate. Brian founded Brian Butler PC in 1990 and has always possessed the ambition of an entrepreneur. “The creative nature of developing and investing has been a passion of mine and has provided many great memories since my childhood,” says Brian. His community involvement includes University of Oregon Athletics, Junior Baseball Organization, Portland Trailblazers and Lake Oswego public schools. His hobbies include boating, sports, travel, photography, video, and business.

Eugenia Kern

Eugenia Kern was born just outside Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and received her bachelor degree in accounting. She has lived in Cleveland, Washington D.C., Baltimore, Bloomington, and most recently moved to Portland. She worked as a real estate investor, hotel manager, army officer and account before joining Brian Butler PC in 2004. Having begun her first investments at the age of 21, Eugenia has now worked in real estate for 11 years. She currently lives with her husband Chris, her son Chase and cats, Lucie the Irish Setter and Fat Boy. Some of her favorite hobbies include sports, working out and real estate. In the past, Eugenia has fostered dogs and cats for rescue groups.

Kara Iverson

Kara Iverson starting working in real estate because it runs in her family. She has worked with Fidelity National Title as a Senior Escrow Officer for more than 15 years. She was born in Portland and has moved many times, but always within the state of Oregon. She has three kids: ages 5, 8 and 14 named Ronan, Braydon and Olivia. She is an involved PTA member and a youth dance coach. When not involved with her kids, her favorite activities include remodeling, decorating, reading and exploring Oregon.

Sean Mele

Sean Mele was born in Portland and has been working in real estate for more than six years. He holds a B.S. in business administration from Oregon State University. Before joining Hasson, Sean was an account manager in the technology industry and a merchandiser for an international grain export firm. Sean is attracted to the field of real estate because it allows him to educate people about Portland. Sean loves spending time with his son Jake. Sean enjoys playing sports and is involved in the International Child Care Ministries, Make A Wish Foundation and Emanuel Children’s Hospital.

Mark Irwin

Mark Irwin has been working in residential lending for more than 30 years. He enjoys interacting with clients and helping people with their personal finances. Prior to working with Wells Fargo, Mark was the NW Regional Manager for Cendant Mortgage. Mark was born in Portland and holds an associate degree from Portland Community College. He raised his daughter Brittney and son Austin in Portland with his wife Dawn. In his free time, Mark enjoys boating, basketball, and sightseeing on the Oregon Coast.

Anya Rosenfeld

Anya Rosenfeld was born in Santa Monica, California, and received her B.A. from Bard College in Photography and Art History. She recently moved to Portland to be closer to family and enjoy a higher quality of life. Before joining The Hasson Company, she worked for the Margo Jacobsen Gallery in Portland’s Pearl District. Anya is currently the marketing coordinator and continues to work in real estate because it “seems like the perfect blend of opportunities”. She currently lives in downtown Portland with Jamie Valentine and her two cats, Chairman Meow and Squidget and in her free time she enjoys photography, sewing, biking and learning more about Portland.
